I got this cake for a good friend and it turned out GREAT! It was a huge surprise for her and the cake did not give everyone a bad case of the sweet tooth. It was just right, not too sweet and not bland. It kept its form over days and we were able to continue to enjoy it.
Cake looked great. Loved the bright green. Also tasted really good too.. usually I find these kind of cakes overly sweet and sugary but this one was perfect.
